Q1: Do you design bags for customers?
A1: Yes, We have design studio for bag and package, can offer a completely solution on bags colors, style, material, pattern printing.
Q2: Do you offer the free samples?
A2: It can be negotiated. If the bag is simple and easy to find material, we can offer free samples. But you must pay air freight
If the bag is complicated, you should pay the sample fee and freight. Because there are sample charge brought up when making sample. We should support each other and then win the order from final clients.
We will return the full sample fee when placing order.
Q3: How about the sample time and delivery time?
A3: Sample time in 5-7work days. Need details sample making instruction manual.
Delivery time in 25-30days after sample confirmed.
