1. What is your main item?   

We are professional supplier for Women Clothes industry in our field. We supply high-end women dresses, office lady suits, women mini skirts and so on. (Welcome to visit our factory)

2. What is your MOQ? 

Our MOQ is 1pc (Spot), but for OEM & ODM designs MOQ is 50-100pcs per model. The quantity is bigger, the price is lower.

3. What is your delivery time?

Normally our delivery time about 5-10 working days after payment ( if doesn't need to change labels) . Custom design shipping time need to be negotiated.

4. How to place order?

If need stock product, pls choose the style, color and size from our store, and confirm quantity→ send PI → confirmed receive payment → arrange delivery → after sales service.

5. What is your delivery ways?

By express( DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, EMS, ARAMEX), by air or by sea.

6. What is your payment terms?

For small quantity we only accept 100% T/T.

For big quantity, 30% in advance and 70% balance before shipping.

(Usually we use Trade Assurance, if you have any questions about the payment, pls feel free to contact us.) 

7. What is the buyer’s right?

Upon receipt if item is defective or you don’t like the items, please contact us first, we will solve the problem at once.

If you need return the items. pls within 3 days after the buyer receiving the item. Returned item has to be in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

After receiving the return, a refund will be issued or can reduce balance from your next order.
