Q8: Can I get a free sample?
A8: Sorry, no free sample. Our product is deverved to be paid at the reasonable price. Business is business and the sample is not the gift. However, we are able to return 1pc sample cost to you during the 1st mass order. The lead time for OEM sample is 5-7 days.
Q9: How about the shipping cost?
A9: It depends on the order quantity and how to ship.
For sample order, we can arrange for door-to-door shipment via international courier, such as FedEX, DHL, UPS, etc. For mass order, we can arrange for seaway upon 25-35 days (economical and recommended if time permitting) and airway for urgent shipment(7-10 days). The exact shipping cost will be calculated before shipment. You can choose either your own forwarder or our forwarder for comparison.
