| Q:Are your company a manufacturer or trading company? A:We are a manufacturer that produces all kinds of carbon fiber body parts for BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen······We also can design and produce different parts if necessory. |
| Q:Is this real carbon fiber material and what is the production technique? A:Yes.we offer real carbon fiber. But the production technique is different. Dry carbon(Autoclave production), it is used the "new method" to produce the product.Many airplane carbon parts used this "new method", although the price is expensive than normal carbon,but the quality is best in carbon , it is more stronger and lighter than other normal carbon parts.It is made by vacuum autoclave, best quality. Normal carbon fiber (Vacuum production), it is used the "old method" to produce the product with carbon and glass cloths (or 2 layer carbon cloth).This also made by carbon cloth, but this produce process is old, we called wet carbon fiber or normal carbon fiber. Fiber glass, it is unpainted primer not carbon, the customer can paint it to different color. |
