Detail	1.For unique fabric, or fabrics with special treatment, may take extra days.
		2.Details should be confirmed before the bulk order started, like the size, quantity, measurements, tags, package, otherwise it will cause delay.
		3.If custom design, we can use the fabrics you prefer, make pattern in your measurements, so the fabric quality is good and fit well, the production time is 30-45 days after pp sample approved.
		4.The ready items are cheaper, has no MOQ and can be shipped out in one week, but ready items are for universe market, so the measurements may not be as you expect, we recommend you to confirm everything before any bulk purchase.
		5.For silk quality sample fee, it will be reimbursed if the quantity can meet 200 per style in bulk order.

Washing care

* Hand wash with lukewarm water (30°C).
* Machine-wash is not allowed.
* Use gentle or special detergent for silk.
* Hang dry without direct sunlight if possible.
* Tumble dry on a cool setting if using drying machine. Avoid drying for extended period of time.
* Iron when slightly damp using a cool setting. Always iron on the inside.

A: Yes, we usually offer 3pc samples, 1st fit sample (after receiving your tech pack or original sample) → Revised sample(after getting your fitting comment) → PP sample (after receiving your permission to production)
Q4. Why is your product so costly?
A: Because we provide high quality products in good fabric, perfect workmanship, fast delivery as well as timely service. Samples get free if you place a bulk order, both for silk and other quality.
Q5. What’s your MOQ?
A: Normally, 1pcs for stock products, 50pcs for customized products. Because we take care about the small & new sellers on Amazon, Ebay.etc
Q6. What’s the lead time of your samples and production?
A: For samples, 7-10days after everything is confirmed. For production, it depends on the order quantity and fabric, so you need to negotiate with us in advance.
Q7. How do I check the quality of production?
A: We have our own QC team to fully inspect the quality, following AQL2.5 standard. And we also accept the inspection of your QC or the third party.
Q8. What we can do if having issues for production?
A: Necessary measures will be taken asap.
1. Fix the issues and have a meeting to discuss how to correct the issues.
2. Return for correction and shipment at our cost if the issues were caused by us.
