2.Can you make our own logo?
-Sure,we can make your Customized designs or Logo. 

- You can put your logo on the dial, the buckle, and the case-back... The logo can be engraved, lasered or printed due to your request.

3. Could I get some samples before making order?

- Sure, Samples will be arranged for you to check about the Quality. Please feel free to contact us for Details.

4. What is the MOQ?

-A:For our current mould and brand, it is 100PCS.

-B:For OEM/ODE order(Customize logo etc),different items has different MOQ.Generally it is 500pcs.

5.How about your products quality?

- All CARISEN branded watches are at least 3ATM water resistant, 100% tested by Waterproof Testing Machine.

- All CARISEN branded watches are vacuum plated. The color would last at least 2 years.

- For OEM or ODM watches, we will manufacture the products according to your requirements. It can comply with CE& RoHS and ISO9001. You can arrange your QC team or hire the third party to test the watches before delivery.

6. What about our CARISEN watches waterproof?

-For no waterproof,it can not be touched with water.

-For 3ATM or 5ATM(30 or 50 meters waterproof).It can be washing ,swimming,splash the rain.

Attention,please: The Buttons or the Crown can not be operate in the Water.

7.What is the Delivery time?

- For CARISEN brand models in stock,it will be delivered about 3-5days after confirming your payment.

-For OEM order,it is 30-90days according to models order you placed.The large of quantity and the production lead time of goods according to your requirements.

8. What's your payment terms?

- For CARISEN branded watches in stock, generally, our buyers will arrange full payments in advance as delivery will be arranged within 3 to 5 days.

- For OEM or ODM order with custom logo, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before delivery.
